PRICES:
The price confirmed to you at the time of booking is the final price and will not be affected by price increases imposed by our suppliers or caused by currency fluctuations. There is an exception in the case of excursions, please see below.

PRICE MATCH:
We will match the price of any other Florida attraction ticket you can find on the web (ABTA licensed UK sites only).

TICKETS:
On receipt of full payment we will issue a confirmation of booking. Tickets will be sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery within 7-10 working days of a booking. We do not charge for this method of delivery. You will receive the actual tickets and not vouchers (except for Discovery Cove and excursions where vouchers are supplied). It is your responsibility to take care of any tickets issued as these cannot be replaced. Travel Republic Limited accepts no responsibility for, and is not liable for, any loss or damage which may be caused by late delivery, provided that Travel Republic Limited can demonstrate that date of postage was not a factor.

CANCELLATIONS:
If you decide to cancel you should notify Travel Republic Limited immediately. The cancellation fee is 25% of the ticket value. If tickets have been despatched, we will only refund 75% of the ticket value on receipt of the returned tickets. The returned tickets must not be defaced or damaged in any way, and should not have been used.

DISCOVERY COVE TICKETS:
All Discovery Cove tickets are non-changeable and non-refundable.

ACCURACY OF WEBSITE AND PRICES:
Every reasonable effort has been made to ensure that descriptions and prices are accurate at the time of publishing. All statements made by us are in the honest belief that those facts and opinions given are correct. However, subsequent changes, which are beyond our control, may occur. You must, therefore, ensure you check all details of your chosen Theme Park, Attraction, Show, Entertainment, Restaurant, Sporting Event or Tour (including the price) at the time of booking. Any material changes will be advised to customers as soon as they become known to us. Please note all duration times given are approximate.

DATA COLLECTION:
The only data that this site collects from visitors is that required to deal with individual bookings. Your data is not passed on to any external companies for marketing purposes. Should you wish to have access to your data this can be requested at any time by sending an email to: enquiry@onlineflorida.co.uk.

NOTES:
1. All tickets/vouchers are sold subject to availability and subject to the terms and conditions imposed by our Suppliers.

2. We will not be liable for any act or omission by any person not employed directly by us and whilst we have chosen our Suppliers with care we have no control over our Suppliers and so cannot be held responsible for any action or omission of our Suppliers or their servants, agents or employees.

3. Our excursion suppliers may impose a fuel surcharge of up to 7.5%, which we will advise you about as soon as we are informed. You will then have the option of paying the surcharge, or cancelling the booking and receiving a full refund.

4. We cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage or expense caused by strike, civil commotion, fire, war, threat of war, terrorist activity, National or nuclear disaster, late delivery, adverse weather conditions, cancellation of performances, Shows, Sporting Events, Tours or temporary or permanent closedown of Attractions made by our Suppliers for any reason whatsoever or other force majeur. In no circumstances shall we be liable for any consequential loss or damage. Subject to the Terms and Conditions contained herein, our liability shall be limited to the price paid for the tickets/vouchers.

5. We have no control over the Theme Parks/Attractions/Entertainments/Shows/ Restaurants/Sporting Events/Tours and all details and descriptions in relation thereto are for guidance only. We accept no liability for any inaccuracy in the information contained on this website, which may be altered at any time without prior notice and also reserves the right to alter, amend or cancel any of the arrangements as shown on this website.

6. Unless otherwise agreed these Conditions and the contract shall be subject to and construed in accordance with English Law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. It is hereby deemed that all contracts have been made in the jurisdiction of the Westminister County Court.
